Welcome to Lofoten and Sørvågen - a fairytale kingdom in the far north, where mighty mountains rise straight up from the sparkling sea, small fishing villages cling to the coastline, and the midnight sun paints the horizon gold. Here, in the heart of Northern Norway, an extraordinary experience awaits - raw, real and deeply moving.
Sørvågen is one of Lofoten's most vibrant fishing villages with activity all year round, not just during the fishing season. As a developer, we want to preserve the fishing village as it is, so no more fields will be developed than are already planned. This is with a view to creating air around the cabins and also preserving the open spaces as they are. A unique opportunity here!

These are some of the reasons why you should invest in a lodge in Lofoten and Vesterålen right now.
Imagine a place where you and your family can retreat - to peace, nature and real experiences. A place where children's laughter mingles with the sound of waves, where mountain peaks are always within reach, and where evenings bring peace of mind. This place exists. It's called Lofoten.
Owning a lodge here is about more than property. It's about quality of life. It's about creating a place where memories live long after your vacation is over. But it's also about a smart investment - in something tangible, beautiful and valuable.
Today, Lofoten is one of Norway's most sought-after destinations, both in summer and winter. With increasing demand for unique accommodation, you as a cabin owner have a solid basis for income when you're not using the cabin yourself. Secure, stable rental income provides a financial anchor that makes the investment even more sensible - without compromising on flexibility or ownership.
You get the best of both worlds: A base for your family, and an asset that can pay for itself - and then some.
Lofoten is not just spectacular. It's smart. And right now, the opportunities are greater than ever.
Welcome to a life closer to nature - and a future you shape yourself.
Lofoten is more than a destination - it's a feeling. It's the sound of sea eagles soaring over the peaks, the sound of waves crashing on rocks, and the smell of stockfish ripening in the wind. There are northern lights dancing over the winter darkness, and bright summer nights that never end. This is the Arctic at its most accessible and spectacular - with nature experiences that leave a lasting impression.

These archipelagos, located in the north of the country, offer nature that takes your breath away. Majestic mountains, deep fjords, white sandy beaches and an abundance of wildlife create a landscape that is simply stunningly beautiful.
Lofoten is known for its characteristic fishing villages, where traditional fishermen's huts cling to the mountainsides. Vesterålen, on the other hand, has a more varied topography, with everything from steep mountains to lush, green nature. Both areas are a paradise for nature lovers, with countless opportunities for hiking, fishing, swimming and simply enjoying the magnificent views.
Whether you choose Lofoten or Vesterålen, or both, you will experience something truly unique. These islands are one of Norway's most beautiful and distinctive destinations.
Rugged cliffs embrace the coast, the whisper of the wind is a soothing lullaby as the Northern Lights dance in the sky or the midnight sun barely touches the horizon.
Beautiful lodges nestled in nature's embrace reflect the warmth and charm of this coastal treasure. Here, time seems to slow down, inviting everyone to pause, breathe and let the soul grow.
Sørvågen is a settlement in Moskenes municipality in Nordland. According to Statistics Norway's definition, the settlement is 0.6 km² and has 403 inhabitants (2023).
Sørvågen is located alongside the E10 towards the Vestfjord on the southeast side of Moskenesøya in Lofoten. In addition to the settlement around the "actual" Sørvågen, which is the bay from the Vestfjord to the settlement, the settlement also includes the urban settlement along the E 10 from Vedvika at the bottom of Bogen in the southwest to the mouth of Moskenesvågen in the northeast.
In addition to receiving fish, the fishing village of Sørvågen also has a considerable fishing industry, as well as a slipway and mechanical workshop. The town has considerable tourist traffic.
Northern Europe's first radio connection for general telegram traffic was established between Sørvågen and Røst in 1908, partly with the aim of meeting the communication needs created by the Lofoten fishery, and this forms the basis for the establishment of the Telemuseum (formerly the Norwegian Telemuseum) in Sørvågen.
